Check out the pipelines to check if a dotnet tool is needing a update is made:
C:\dev\eavfw\EAVFW.Templates.github\workflows\dotnet-tool-checker.yml
C:\dev\eavfw\EAVFW.Templates.github\workflows\dotnet-tool-updater.yml

So it should be possible to update eavversion in the same way
