Test Case Canvas conversion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a large number of test cases being formulated in conjunction with ERIGrid Lab access projects. However, the TCs are typically reported in the "canvas" form and not otherwise available. If made available, these would greatly enrich the portfolio of test cases if used consistently.

Provide an automatic conversion of the TC Canvas as alternative input format for the automatic HTML conversion.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If the conversion is non-trivial with the existing template, maybe a variant of the canvas template with proper tagging could be created and distributed to the ERIGrid consortium.
