One issue during drafting TCs is how the user can draw diagrams in a consistent and harmonised way as indicated in the guidelines. Complex diagrams including several components are rather hard to draw from scratch following the diagrams' convention from the guidelines and more often than not the users resort to other types of drawing tools.

A drawing tool or a template could substantially reduce the effort to draw the diagrams. Also, it would encourage all users to use the harmonised approach (components, terminals and domains) for these diagrams.
