Updating generic crop parameters?

I met with @linniahawkins yesterday, and she wondered whether the parameters for the generic crops (1-indexed 15 and 16, c3_crop and c3_irrigated) should be updated based on her new c3_non-arctic_grass parameters. The generic crops don't currently match c3_non-arctic_grass, but it's hard to know whether that's intentional. I.e., were they intentionally parameterized at some point, or instead were they initially a match of c3_non-arctic_grass but then got left behind as the latter evolved?

I'm pretty sure that originally c3_crop and c3_non_arctict_grass were the same. We may be able to go back far enough to find a paramfile where they were the same and then figure out when they diverged, though I don't know if we would know why...

My recollection is that some of the parameters were updated to be more similar to crops, which tend to be more productive than grasses. We could test the updated grass parameters to see how things change though.
