Documentation notebooks in jupyter_execute recursively added when successively building locally the documentation #2898

Describe the bug
After building locally the documentation following the instructions, I noticed some warnings adding up. It seems that the notebooks are recursively copied/built inside the jupyter_execute folder, leading to another layer of nested directories every time the documentation is built.
