MISRA checks of ETL

Hi,

I'm attaching what my misra checker tells me when running it on current ETL's algorithm.h (for a start).

What do you propose for handling it? Creating PRs for fixing the relevant issues?

How about defining exceptions? It looks like defining exceptions to rules for individual code lines is tool specific.
