Enable an evaluation of an export of the installed VcRedists from a remote PC to the current list of VcRedists

# Expected Behaviour

Export the list of installed Visual C++ Redistributables from a remote Windows machine to a JSON formatted file. The file can then be evaluated locally to report on Visual C++ Redistributables that do not match the list of Redistributables in the VcRedist manifest.
