[EDH-3609] When border points page is opened for the second time metering points are not found

Problem

When user navigates to Metering Points -> Border Points page at first results are found. Then if user searched for something else, for example metering data or agreements and navigates back to border points page no results are found. Refreshing the page doesn't work either. After about 1-2 minutes it works again.

Expected result

Every time this page is opened results should be shown (if there are any)

Actual Result

When page is reopened the results are not shown anymore.

Workaround

Wait a minute and try again
