[EDH-3056] Customer is market participant - does not get DD about metering point change #65
Description
Problem
it is defined in DD spec that in case when market participant is the customer (this happens in case of BORDER GRID agreement), it should be notified about metering point metadata changes. At the moment this does not happen.
Steps to reproduce
Find or create a BORDER metering point where customer is some other market participant, so it has active border grid and border supply agreements.
Log in, find the metering point
Change metering point metadata (such as resolution), save
Expected result
DDs are generated for: MP owner PP , Customer and Customer PP
Actual Result
DDs are generated:
MP owner PP - OK
Customer - NOK
Customer PP - OK
