[EDH-3320] Delay in UI related to agreement operations (agreements disappearing etc) - possible source of confusion

Problem
After processing of agreements was split to sync and async parts, a little confusing behaviour is present in UI. Since processing agreement changes takes some time, then between the time of user action and process completion, incorrect situation of agreements is displayed - such as agreement disappears for seemningly no reason.

Steps to reproduce

1. log in as any GO and find a metering point where GRID agreement is present and GS or SUPPLY alongside.
2. Change something about the GRID agreement - add or remove or change validTo date for example.
3. Observe that after changing GRID agreement, GS/SUPPLY that were displayed earlier, disappear from UI. They re-appear only after process is complete and user refreshes the view.

Expected result
Agreements that were not changed should not disappear because this makes UI behaviour inconsistent and feedback to user about it's actions incorrect.

Actual Result
related agreements disappear for some time.
