5x5 Drill Augment Sound Issues #1378

The only issue I could find about this was from 2017, and only mentioned sound getting quieter, not louder. I was mining with the 5x5 Drill augment, and usually the block breaking sound is the normal volume, but sometimes it makes all of the volume on my computer randomly get louder or quieter. Sometimes, it gets so loud that the sound is nothing but static, and even at a volume of, say, 40, it will still be the loudest thing that has ever come out of my computer, enough to give me a headache after just a couple seconds. This happens seemingly at random; sometimes, I can mine consecutively for a long time with the sound being perfectly normal. Other times, breaking just a few blocks will do it.

I've attached a video of this happening. You can't really see much because it's dark, and I have the UI disabled because I'm on a private server. The red thing is a grappling hook; I was digging straight up at the time. This video actually isn't that bad; I've had it be way worse, when there was music playing at the time. But it shows the issue well enough.
