[Feature]: Enable Show Map Preview and Show Player Status by default in the client #3378

Is your feature request related to a problem?
These options are disabled by default. As the cog settings options are seperate from all other settings in the client, and are located here, many people do not even know the feature exists, especially new players who would not recall it from previous client versions.
The setting should be on by default; also, they should be in with all the other settings for consistency and visibility.
