[Bug]: The chat scrolls up by itself when an user comes from another tab

Reproduce the bug

1. Open the chat tab
2. Open or find a channel where the scrollbar is enabled. The more messages, the better
3. Scroll to the last message
4. Open another tab, for example play
5. Return to the chat tab
6. The last message is not visible. The chat went up.

Expected Behavior

The last message is always visible
