[Bug]: Notifications list does not work #3433

Describe the Bug
At the first launch of the client version 2025.9.2, the list of notifications, the bell in the top right corner, shows two notifications. No matter what I do, they do not disappear. I have set the game directory and set the main tab for the client. Close buttons (x) for notifications also do not work, they do nothing when pressed.
Log file or Error Message
No error.
Reproduce the bug
Install the client 2025.9.2 and run it.
Expected Behavior
Notifications should work.

After the first restart of the client, notifications bell disappears and the error is gone.
