Missing visualisation DLLs

The dlls for local 3D visualisation are missing from this repository, as they are intentionally in a folder ignored by .gitignore, so must be added with git add -f <file>.

This should also come with the testing of the tutorial on windows - there is no reason it needs to be linux only.
