[feature]: Chat Filter && Folder Support

Hi, you've done a great work. Love your app, but it's a weird experience to use it because all chats in the same heap and there is no possibility to filter them. If you could add the search bar or/and folder support, it would be awesome. Now it's really uncomfortable to manually iterate over the dozens of chats.

I would really like to contribute, but have very little experience in Rust. I'm only about one and a half years in programming, and just a year in Rust, so I guess I can't be helpful in this project. Also raw TDLib bindings acts really strange and uncomfortable to me compared to something like grammers crate.
