Shopware 6.5 installer #136

currently it isn't possible to go through the normal installer in Shopdev and Shopware 6.5.
According to https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-6-en/first-steps/installing-shopware-6?category=shopware-6-en/getting-started however, there is still a normal setup when installing.
As sometimes customers do weird stuff when installing Shopware, it would be good if we could still run through the installer even after Shopware 6.5.
