[BUG] - Non-standard directory structure for Linux packages. #38

The current build process for Linux creates a non-standard set of locations for the binary and data files, as pointed out by @dnaka91 in their documentation PR.

After some discussion, it is suspected that passing -DLINUX_PORTABLE=OFF during the linux package build should fix this.
