[Feature request] Filter start menu entries

When the option to suppress uninstall programs is active still all links in start menu with "uninstall" are in the result list.
If these entries where suppressed the IObitUninstaller entry "Uninstall programs" might also be suppressed which is unwanted.
A solution might be a feature as in Keypirinha Launcher that allows to filter start menu entries. My settings for this feature are these. The filter works from top to bottom "+" show, "-" suppress.
