Encrypted Contact Page indicator doesn't work

I noticed the Encrypted Contact Page indicator in the FlowCrypt browser extension. The same UI element labeled “Encrypted Contact Page” is displayed whether the user has configured the ECP or not.

As far as I can remember, for user who haven't configured the ECP for themselves, there should be a red indicator that will be displayed. On the contrary, a green indicator will be displayed for correctly configured ECP.

We decided to remove status indicator in this PR.

Thanks @ioanmo226. I thought it was not working.

I'll be removing the labels and milestones for this. But since it is something we can improve in the future, I'll be leaving this GH issue open. The indicator feature might've been usable again at some time when the time shared-tenant FES endpoints for ECP becomes active.
