Docker container has no authentication

1. created .env in the docker directory and copied from .env.example
2. uncommented FLOWISE_USERNAME and FLOWISE_PASSWORD
3. Followed the instructions to build docker image locally:

Docker image fires up, I can access it at localhost:3000; however, there is no authentication. I am never asked for a username or password to access the editor.
