Worker in queue mode not start

Hi all, i'm a flowise new user and i'm trying to enable the queue mode using docker containers, my main container add correctly the job into redis for bullmq, but it seems that no container start as worker to consume the queue, if i enter into the worker container and use flowise worker the worker starts and consume the queue.

Have you some suggestions about that?

Change the startup command on flowise worker container to bin/sh -c "sleep 3; flowise worker" and leave the default on main container.
Also, make sure the worker related environment variables are being passed to both containers.
