Fluidsynth 2.4.8 x86 for Windows

Why is Fluidsynth 2.4.8 missing a x86 version for Windows here, and how to find it ?

Microsoft has deprected the CI image that we used for compiling WinXP x86 binaries. Pls. see the announcement in 2.4.7

I see and wonder why Microsoft did such a thing, but is any way to get a x86 version of Fluidsynth 2.4.8 for Windows then ?

We could provide Windows10 x86 binaries with relative ease. Anything lower Win10 would be a lot more effort to implement.

Sure sounds good and will only need a Windows10 x86 version. I hardly use lower than Win10 can x86 binaries be put here or in releases ?
