Ruleset is just not working (Linux, osu 2024.1208.0-lazer, hitokori 0.18.25)

The ruleset doesn't load, I have the latest version of lazer and of the ruleset. I don't know if this might be a linux-only issue but I don't know why would that be. I can give any more information if needed.

Hi, this is happening on MacOS too (fails to load). I can provide a specific log file if it would be helpful. I understand this isn't super actively developed but it's a cool idea I'd like to see working :)

Same thing on windows, maybe it just needs a version bump or a small patch or smth
