Agenda

1. Language frontends and stability: we will now track the stability and our commitment to maintaining a frontend in a table in the readme.
2. Soot-Up frontend: Will be finished without exception handling and merged as experimental frontend
3. Processing fallthrough caught by debug log level: @konradweiss will fix the log level and create a problem node.
4. CDT dependency usability improvement: The PR uses indirection hard coding versions as paths but alleviates applications not having to change the CDT version.
5. K2 PR can be merged
6. Resolving type based on type name normalization: Some adaptations may be necessary in the frontends to effectively use the improvement.
7. We will close Incorporating Gradle tasks for automatically installing JEP #1400 due to it having some drawbacks that outweigh the benefit
