Keep MOM_parameter_doc.* files up to date

It would be helpful to include up-to-date MOM_parameter_doc.* files in the repository alongside MOM_input. Based on recent commit timestamps, MOM_parameter_doc.all may not be fully synchronized with the current MOM6 defaults and our MOM_input. What do you think about updating and maintaining these files together?

Thanks for this PR, Anton. Sure, we will add MOM_parameter_doc files (we just need to also keep them updated along with the MOM_input, _override, etc files). In the current workflow, if you do a short-run for a few time steps with the MOM6 configuration, MOM_parameter_doc files will be generated in the /scratch directory.
