Hi there, looks like this is likely related to our new feature for 'Workspaces' (https://jbrowse.org/jb2/blog/#new-workspaces-feature-for-tiled-window-management) in the latest version. I will make a bugfix for it asap! |

I am a first time JBrowse user. I downloaded the program on Mac, launched it, and was playing around to familiarize myself with the UI. I had opened a session looking at a fungal genome, I was able to see the whole genome, toggle on GC content, look at predicted genes, etc. And then I did SOMETHING, I don't know what, and now I am able to launch new sessions and open old ones but I can't see the actual genome. I get a pop-up that prompts me to select a view to launch, and no matter what I choose (linear, circular, spreadsheet, etc), the launch view button does nothing. I have tried restarting the session, opening a new session, restarting JBrowse, I still can't get the 'Launch View' button to work. Anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it?
