Browse 2 crashes/freezes after loading BigWig files as a Multi-Wiggle track

Upon adding BigWig files and configuring them as Multi-Wiggle tracks, JBrowse ceases all rendering and becomes completely unresponsive once the loading process completes. The UI does not recover even after waiting several hours.
Environment:
• JBrowse (v4.0.4)
• Tracks/Files: 12 files
• File Size: 10 GB each

Could you investigate whether this is a known memory issue or a rendering bug? Please let us know if you require log files or sample data.

do you happen to have any of the bigwigs online? I could try to test then. Alternatively could you try in v3.7.0? There were some changes to the bigwig parser in v4

I just read this again and it says that it became unresponsive 'after loading completes'

does this mean it rendered the wiggle tracks, and then became frozen?

Yes. In v4, it froze after rendering. I tried v3.7.0, but it froze when exporting to svg file.
