LA1589 for Synteny Analysis?

We have looked through the list of assemblies multiple times and checked potential alternative identifiers but it does not seem that LA1589 is available to use in synteny analysis. Is this going to be added to the list?

Our genomes.jbrowse.org site genomes mostly come from the UCSC, we mirror their resources for use in jbrowse.

If you want, you can actually request that UCSC Genark load it, if you want you can fill out this form on ucsc https://genome.ucsc.edu/assemblySearch.html?q=GCA_034621305.1;browser=mayExist;maxItemsOutput=500 and then once they add it, it will get updated on our end soon afterwards

(there is some potential for us to create customized resources for special cases but that is probably the best case to start!)
