Feature: export FaultSystemSolutions individually in CLI #44
Description
We want to create fault system solution archives individually via the CLI for use in the new solvis-graphql-api S3 filesystem.
Done when:
- add CLI support with suitable naming convention eg
{MODEL}-{FSS}-AggregateSolution.zip - add documentation
- add test coverage
