Day 5 Jumbotron links open on same tab

Describe the bug
Currently Jumbotron links open on the same link the user is in. This is fine for students but can hurt the flow of an instructor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to Day 5
2. In Bootstrap Jumbotron section, click on either of the links
3. See the error

Expected behavior
The links should open to a new tab.

Additional context
This could ultimately be up to personal preference, but when the rest of the site opens links on new tab it is a bit jarring.
