Since this change here: https://github.com/GeoWerkstatt/interlis-check-service/pull/226/files#diff-87db21a973eed4fef5f32b267aa60fcee5cbdf03c67fafdc2a9b553bb0b15f34L43-L52

Prior to this change, Docker metadata GitHub action added a major release image tag (type=semver,pattern=v{{major}}). This now have to be done manually using the docker tag command.
