Was hoping that the pygridgen organization could take ownership of this repo.

There's some additional development I'd like to do and have the whole community benefit from.

@phobson long time... just seeing this while helping @JRFeldman get things working again -- yes, what do we have to do to transfer this over to the pygridgen org?

If you go to the repo's top-level settings and scroll down to the Danger Zone, there's an option to transfer:
