giv: tui made with gitoxide

Hi, over the holidays I have been building a gitk clone for the terminal, mostly to scratch a personal itch of mine, using ratatui and gitoxide. Maybe it's interesting as well for any of you folks, given that there have been discussions about a tui.

I use gitk solely to view changes/state of a repository and to get a quick overview so I do not intend to implement any mutation. Instead I built a git client where the whole space of controls is available for viewing and inspecting.

It's still early on and many features I want are not implemented yet, but it's already useful for my own usage.

If this is meant to be a serious tool that can grow a community, I recommend adding tests. Both gix-testtools and ratatui test utilities exist to make that very straightforward.

At this current point, I don't think I have the time or bandwidth to be a good maintainer for it. It's more of a hobby project to scratch my personal itch. But I learned a lot about how gitoxide and ratatui work.

I will look into adding tests, thanks for the pointers!
