Issue with Installing Package on RHEL 9.4

Hello Team,

I’m encountering an issue with installing a package on RHEL 9.4. The error message is as follows:

sudo yum install ./flex-5.1.3-el8.x86_64.rpm

Error: 
 Problema: package flex-5.1.3-el8.x86_64 from @commandline requires python3-ldap3, but none of the providers can be installed

  - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.6 needed by python3-ldap3-2.8.1-2.el8.noarch from epel
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(pyasn1) >= 0.3.7 needed by python3-ldap3-2.8.1-2.el8.noarch from epel
(pruebe a añadir '--skip-broken' para descartar los paquetes que no se pueden instalar o '--nobest' para no tener en cuenta sólo los mejores candidatos)

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

This issue should be fixed in later versions.
