Markdown support for any textarea bound for the I2S draft #5553
Description
As I understand, Markdown support for the "Summary" field is coming. This is great. However, since I'm often trying to ship a breaking change, I usually have a lot to say under "Interoperability and Compatibility Risks", and dumping an unformatted blob of text into the e-mail isn't an option.
In general, I'm hoping for Markdown support for any textarea that ends up in the I2S.
