Add Java requirements to Forwarder installation #1186
Description
The 4.1 Forwarder requires that Java be installed (similar to Graylog). The documentation should probably updated to describe the Java requirements.
Perhaps a System Requirements page can be added, or we can update the OS package install instructions to describe how to install Java as well (similar to Graylog).
