Expected Behavior

The Search query syntax documentation and Open query history icons should remain vertically aligned with the top of the search input when multiline (or very large) queries are provided.

Current Behavior

When a multiline (or very large) search query is used the Search query syntax documentation and Open query history icon positions appear to shift.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Be on Graylog 7.1.8 (but presumably any other version)
2. Go to /search and enter a multiline (e.g. 4+) query.
3. Note the Search query syntax documentation and Open query history icons' vertical positions shift.

Context

No real issue-- it just doesn't look great :)
