Host is getting kicked

Hello, someone already posted this on the Discord, but it is pretty important, so I wanted to get it out there. I was playing with my friend on 5.2.0 and upon starting a game, the host gets kicked, and everyone "turns into a crewmate," by which I mean the game thinks everyone is a crewmate and the game never ends. My friend and me both hosted and this happened. This could be because Innersloth updated their servers is what I heard.

There is nothing mod developers can do about this situation. The best you can do is switch to modded regions until they change it back, if they do.
