As an OPS User, I want to have access to historical MAPS data from FY 2022-2024 in OPS.
Acceptance Criteria
- FY 2022-2024 MAPS data are loaded into OPS.

- Extract data from MAPS into spreadsheets and send to OPRE for analysis
