12 Creating Services Components

Research Purpose

OPRE needs a way to outline the structure of a contract using Services Components. Building off our current model of Projects, Agreements and Budget Lines, Services Components will be incorporated to further organize information related to an agreement such as the scope of work and the timeframe the work will take place.

Research Goals

• Understand how Services Components are used currently
  • What data does an SC include?
  • When are SCs created and by who?
  • How/when are they edited?
• Explore options to create, read, edit, delete services components within OPS
