Implementation: Email notification content for changes to saved opportunities

• Any status change that happens will be communicated to the user
• Important Dates
  • we only have award date for forecasted
  • project date and fiscal year are all available just for forecasted opportunities
• Cost sharing
  • Only show explanation when the grantor selects OTHER as the category reason for change
  • we can just highlight the it changed to other
  • The category Explanation, should we change it to funding activity?
    • Changed to funding activity category to avoid confusing language
• Description
  • 250 characters is the limit and then it fades into ...
• Documents
  • Referring to attachments, so if any new attachments or any new we should update the user
  • we should add separate lines for removing or adding
    Order - Dates, status should be in the same order, everything else is fine where it lands
• Hyperlinks
  • Could it be possible to send them to their saved opportunities pages?
  • We might just send them to simpler grants because their session will likely be timed out
  • For now, we are just sending folks to simpler,grants.gov we will handle taking them into their workspace on a separate ticket
