So me and one other member in my party noticed a bug on mobile where when you get an invite to a quest if you try and accept it through the notification it doesn't always go through. So sometimes we think that we accepted a quest when in reality it was never received by the app. So I'm not sure if this a bug with the app or just the communication between the app and phone.
