If you just want the keyboard popover and no other accessibility controls, macOS itself will do that for you. Open System Settings > Accessibility > Shortcut and uncheck all boxes except Accessibility Keyboard. Then, you can toggle it with Option-Command-F5 or by triple-tapping Touch ID. You can change the shortcut in System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts… > Accessibility > Show Accessibility Controls. |
