Describe the bug

Every game in my library on Heroic has a tile showing the game cover art, except for Divine Knockout.

For this one, it instead displays a tile with the Heroic launcher sword.

Add logs

N/A

Steps to reproduce

  1. View library that has Divine Knockout in it.

Expected behavior

The game should have a tile, just like every other game. It should not use the Heroic Launcher's sword.

It should at least be the logo of DKO. https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/divine-knockout

Have you tried clearing heroic's cache in settings > advanced?

I have the game in my library on the steamdeck and it shows up fine like the rest.

I am using the flatpak.. clearing the cache does not do anything for this issue.

Attached is a crop.. name is displayed because I am hovering over it with the mouse.

is this still happening in Heroic 2.11.0?

one thing you can try is to go to /home/<your user>/.var/app/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl/config/heroic/images-cache and look for that image and delete it from the cache, then the next time heroic should download an updated image

Hi, yes it is still happening in 2.11.0. I went to the path, and surprisingly, the image in the images-cache folder is the correct one, but I went ahead and deleted it anyway. Refreshed Heroic, no change. Still shows the Heroic icon for that game only.

Clicking on the ... and selecting store page inside Heroic, it takes me to the landing below. Do you think this landing page is causing Heroic to glitch on displaying this title's tile? It DOES download the tile since it is in the cache folder, just doesn't display it..

@arielj Hi, I know this is the lowest of low priorities, but it is a nail that sticks out. I have a library with hundreds of titles, and this is the only one with a Heroic tile. I know I can just hide it because I also have it on Steam, but it does puzzle me why it is the case only for this one. The actual image itself is in the folder you mention, but it never displays for some reason.. there is some sort of disconnect between the file in the folder and the display in the launcher. Currently on flatpak 2.15.1

Reset all Heroic user data and started fresh as of v2.16. Tile loaded.
