Describe the bug

In my Heroic library I had The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition, while the game files were deleted manually. The strange thing here is that Heroic did not detect that the game files were gone. I've tried launching it to see if it will work, but I got nothing. Seeing that I didn't need that entry in my library to show as installed I right clicked on the game and chose Uninstall. I specifically didn't want to remove the prefix just in case I might have some useful files in there. Then, I went to launch Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (GOTY) to see that all my settings and save files are gone.
I checked Heroic's prefix folder to see that it was empty, where before I had a ton of prefixes for games.

Checking logs I see that when I initiated the process of uninstallation of the game Heroic decided to indeed delete the entire prefix (13:58:36) [INFO]: [Gog]: Removing /home/jedicore/Games/Heroic

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download a game
  2. Corrupt or remove game files
  3. In Heroic, right click on the game and choose Uninstall
  4. The Heroic folder should not exist

Expected behavior

None of the prefixes should be touched. The game should not show as installed in the library

I've had this issue before on my Steam Deck, few years ago, but thought it was my, at the time, lack of understanding of the Linux system but the issue arose again.
