update.js fails to inform user if thread has been deleted

update.js is supposed to tell users if the thread has been deleted, but it doesn't

Current theory: "i think coz koko has soft error pages (i.e instead of giving 404, koko gives The thread you want to reply does not exist!) so teh js can't tell if it's dead or not" - hachikuji
