My bad. Somewhere in the dependencies I had the old 4.0.1 JAR.

Doesn't the new SQPOptimizerS2 belong to the snapshots JARs?

It seems the latest snapshot jar was created on august 8th, but the latest commit for optimizer was made on august 15th.
@sdinot , do you have an idea why the hipparchus snapshot was not created?

@maisonobe, artifacts are only deployed on the main, develop, and release-* branches (see CI/CD script). All pipelines executed on these branches over the past three weeks have failed:

Hi! Since I have some Orekit developments that require the latest snapshot to be published, I temporarily reduced the coverage condition.
After the build, I restored it to 95%. But, if 95% on the new code is annoying and if it is a limitation for some Orekit developments, maybe we could think about reducing it.

The global coverage of Hipparchus is 92.4%. Maybe we could have 93% on the new code and not 95% ?
After reaching this milestone, we could increase it to 94% ?
