Describe the bug
Cases not tagged properly

Patients found from quarantine centers tagged as "community"
In some instances Patients found from community tagged as "quarantine "

ex: All patients found in Kandkadhu quarantine center and Punani Center tagged as "Community"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Initiate the IOS APP
Move to Case List
Check few specific cases found from quarantine centers and check whether those are tagged properly also check specific cases found from community against the application
