Function to export tunable parameters with types and ranges for parameter tuning

It would be great if there was a function like cmaes.dump_parameter_space() that returns the parameter space as a string in a format that could be used by parameter tuners such as irace. The documentation is not very clear about these details. Keeping documentation up to date is hard, but the code could just dynamically generate this output whatever the code implements.
